WHAT IS Ï - TRAIN?

Ï - TRAIN is an online personal training service that includes:

  • evaluation of the current physical condition
  • training program based on sports activities that you like and compatible with your time, needs and physical condition
  • food tips based on my experience
  • periodic verification of the results achieved and adjustment of the training plan

I know what it means to deal with a mother's daily routine. I am trying to focus on my goal: training is the key and in order to train you need to be organized.
